Across all regions we are seeing a Buyer's market yet Sellers still want prices and appreciation like the markets from 2-3 years ago.
In the last month, I have seen opposite ends of the spectrum. Some Sellers are NOT reducing prices at all and I have seen some Sellers reduce their prices up to $90,000 at one time. $40,000-$50,000 price decreases are not unheard of.
