Growth in prices is still high even though homes are sitting longer on the market. Some pundits blame that on potential rate hikes, inflation talk, and future supply issues from international worries. For those homes that are priced aggressively - either right at appreciation rate or slightly below, these are selling fastest. First-timer houses are trending $330k-$370k in SW Washington.
