Feb 2022 - RMLS Sales Numbers

The general state of the market:

I checked today for detached homes less than $400,000 in SW Washington. There were 11 on the market that are financeable, median of 1,189 sqr. feet, with a median list price of $382,450. This is down in the number of homes versus last month, and up for the list price.
